Money-Back Policy
1. Scope
This policy covers paid training engagements sold directly by Devlink Webdev to consumers and businesses unless a separate master agreement specifies different terms.
2. Cooling-off for consumers
Consumers in Japan may cancel distance contracts within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, unless services have begun with their express consent and acknowledgment that the right is lost once delivery starts.
3. Eligibility for refunds after cooling-off
If we cancel a cohort, you receive a full refund or credit. If you cannot attend due to documented medical emergencies, we may offer a transfer before considering partial refunds.
4. Partial refunds
Where work has already been delivered (for example, bespoke corporate materials), refunds may be partial to reflect value already provided.
5. Non-refundable items
Third-party examination vouchers, travel booked in your name, and completed certification assessments are generally non-refundable once ordered.
6. Process
Email compliance@devlink-webdev.digital with your order reference, reason, and supporting documents if applicable. We respond within 10 business days with a decision and timeline.
7. Method and timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method where possible. Processing may take up to 14 business days depending on banks. Currency is JPY unless otherwise agreed.
8. Cancellations by participant
Cancellations after the cooling-off window may receive credits toward future cohorts instead of cash refunds, based on seat timing and replacement availability.
9. Exceptions
Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of refund channels may lead to account closure and recovery of costs where permitted.
